Hunter has released Quick Check Spec for WinAlign HD. According to the company, Quick Check Spec allows heavy-duty truck service providers to quickly diagnose alignment condition and present readings for all angles that cause premature tire wear in three minutes, by eliminating the need to find the axle tag before performing a WinAlign HD Quick Check.

Quick Check Spec is used to compare alignment readings and diagnose misalignment on over 80% of heavy-duty trucks. Preventive alignment maintenance programs and service facilities that routinely check heavy-duty truck wheel alignment readings can increase tire life by about 20% and decrease fuel consumption by about 2% by keeping heavy-duty trucks properly aligned, Hunter said.
