How Mack Trucks Premium Service Agreement works

How Mack Trucks Premium Service Agreement works

Had Thomas Edison been a fleet manager, his famous quote about genius might go something like: “Fleet management genius is 1% inventive solutions and 99% preventative maintenance.” Okay, so it doesn’t roll off the tongue like inspiration/perspiration, but you get the idea, and it could be that idea that inspired Mack Trucks Premium Service Agreement that the OEM announced at the TMC Fall Meeting last month. The press announcement gave a good overview of what it is, but I wanted an inside look at how it works and what PM service is available.

For that, I met up with Stu Russoli, highway product manager, Mack Trucks at the OEM’s booth for a guided tour through the new Premium Service Agreement. And of course, the eye-catching Mack Anthem just behind us demanded a walk-around, so we tackled that too. Watch the video above for more Mack Trucks service insight.
