PACCAR Parts recognized dealers for exceptional performance at February’s Kenworth Dealer Meeting in Ojai, CA. Awards were presented for both parts and service excellence and top TRP performance. These dealers achieved exceptional growth in parts business and outstanding rates of customer satisfaction.

The 2023 Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award was earned by Kenworth Northeast Group. PACCAR Parts says this award honors dealer excellence in parts performance and retail sales growth as well as significant contributions to overall business growth. The company adds that Kenworth Northeast Group made tremendous strides in advancing the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program, maintained outstanding service bay capacity and significantly increased investments.

The 2023 TRP Dealer of the Year was awarded to the Palmer Group. This award recognizes excellence in TRP purchase volume and TRP store retail sales, according to PACCAR Parts, which adds that the Palmer Group achieved outstanding results in overall parts purchases and retail sales and made excellent strides in supporting Kenworth customers by growing PACCAR Parts Fleet Services business. The group also opened a TRP store in 2023, bringing their total to four TRP stores.
