Ingersoll Rand has again extended its line of IQ Series cordless tools to include the D040 ¼-in. mini drill. As the smallest and lightest professional cordless drill in its class, the D040 joins a platform of tools that already includes several models of Impactools, drill/drivers, ratchets, grinders and lights.

Cummins support EPA’s SmartWay initiatives
Cummins Inc. announced that its 2007 clean and fuel-efficient on-highway engines are available in Class 8 tractors, which meet requirements for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s SmartWay-designated highway tractors, part of the U.S. EPA SmartWay Transport Partnership. Cummins ComfortGuard auxiliary power unit also assists carriers in meeting SmartWay membership requirements and can be specified in a SmartWay Class 8 tractor.
