Hypothetically, let’s say you’re manager of a trucking company in Vermont. Webasto’s BlueCool Hybrid gives truck operators the flexibility to use shore power to run the company’s bunk cooler while providing hotel load. New super wide drive tire from Michelin

Michelin says its new X One XDA Energy tire is the most fuel-efficient drive tire vs. the leading North American competitors, and can help truck fleets save at least 7% in annual fuel costs when used with Michelin XZA3 steer tires and X One XTA trailer tires. The X One XDA Energy tire features innovative belt designs and advanced technology compounds, as well as Infini-Coil technology, in which more than a quarter-of-a-mile of steel cord is wrapped circumferentially around the crown of the tire, Michelin said. Matrix Siping Technology helps provide traction on dry and slippery surfaces, while three-dimensional matrix sipes lock together for the stability normally associated with solid tread blocks. The tire is available in size 445/50R22.5, and will replace the Michelin X One XDA tire.
