The new all-position radial M853 features a tread pattern designed with interlocking multi-edge blocks for more solid traction at work sites and on highways, and tie bars that link tread blocks together to combat heel-and-toe wear. The M853 replaces the M850 and is currently available in 11R22.5 and 11R24.5 sizes, both in an “H” load rating.

The new Bridgestone-brand R197 low rolling resistance radial from Bridgestone Bandag Tire Solutions offers superior fuel efficiency and long, even tread wear. The tire features fuel-efficient tread designs and a shallow 11/32nds tread depth for increased fuel economy, as well as a Defense Groove design that helps create uniform pressure across the shoulder to minimize edge wear and cupping. Stress relief siping along the rib edges promotes even wear for higher mileage, the company said.
New longer mileage steer radial from Bridgestone Bandag
The new long-wearing Bridgestone-brand R287A steer tire from Bridgestone Bandag Tire Solutions delivers superior tread wear and mileage for low cost per mile in regional and long-haul applications, according to the company. The radial, which is approved for use on EPA SmartWay-certified equipment and is California Air Resources Board compliant, features a side groove structure that acts similar to a “shock absorber,” helping prevent shoulder edge wear from spreading to the ribs, the company said.
