Fluid Rx expands coolant diagnostics
Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Diagnostics dip-strips from Fluid Rx provide the fluid’s freeze point, nitrite, molybdate and pH levels. Results are available in about one minute, giving the most accurate reading outside of a full laboratory analysis. For light-duty vehicles and most cars, the Fluid Rx All-In-1 Automotive Antifreeze/Coolant Diagnostics dip-strips measure the freeze point, boiling point, reserve alkalinity and pH level.
Shell Rotella Ultra ELC leads revamped heavy-duty coolant portfolio
The new Shell Rotella heavy-duty engine antifreeze/coolant product portfolio is led by Shell Rotella Ultra ELC, an extended-life antifreeze/coolant for use in heavy-duty diesel, gasoline and natural gas-powered engines. ELCs are designed to go 600,000 or more on-highway miles and provide overall reduction in cooling system maintenance.
