New IPA products designed to extend tractor/trailer harness life
The 7 Round Pin Terminal Cleaners are designed for removing corrosion and reconditioning bad connectors on 7 Round Pin type electrical terminals found on tractors and trailers. Because they are manufactured to meet SAE specifications, they also can be used as a pin wear gauge to identify old worn out pins that need to be replaced.
Mitchell 1 enhances Repair-Connect
The company’s online program, designed to give technicians the necessary tools to troubleshoot an engine diagnostic code, now helps service Class 4-8 trucks and provides engine diagnostic information for both gas and diesel engines. Mitchell 1 also said it has added improvements to the user interface.
Truck-Lite’s LED Snow Plow Kit improves visibility
The new snow plow kit features a right and left hand lamp assembly, as well as appropriate harness. Each right/left lamp assembly includes an LED headlamp, bracket and pedestal turn signal lamp. The semiconductor produces a solid-state lamp that is more durable and virtually impervious to shock and vibration.
