Rugby Manufacturing unveils new hoists

Truck hoist makers Rugby Manufacturing have released the SR-4016 subframe scissor hoist for trucks. The new hoist is up to 20% lighter than comparable hoists, providing greater fuel efficiency and payload capacity, the company said. It is available for a wide variety of work trucks with body lengths from 8- to 14-ft.

Rugby also recently unveiled the TB-12 and TB-14 trailer hoists, which are designed for 10- to 16-ft. trailers with capacities ranging from 6.9 tons to 15.7 tons. Benefits of the new TB-12 and TB-14 Trailer hoists include weight savings of almost 100 lbs., a new body prop incorporated into the hoist with no installation required, and a 3-year warranty.
