Truck-Lite Co. expanded its Flex-Lite LED product line with the release of the LED 36 Series License Lamp. The new lamp adheres directly to the mounting surface through the use of heavy-duty adhesive backing, eliminating the need for tools during installation. The adhesive, the company notes, endured pressure washing tests and was also tested for extreme temperature tolerance, maintaining its seal in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C.
Two lamp options are available in the new LED 36 Series License Lamp design. The side-exiting wire lamp (PN# 35145C) provides a license lamp solution that does not require mounting brackets or installation screws. A rear-exiting wire lamp (PN# 36140C), which can also be surface mounted, comes with gray and black brackets.
