The new Ridewell RSS-233 steerable auxiliary lift axle suspension system is available in 7- to 18-in. ride heights and has a 13,200-lb. capacity. Shipped fully assembled, the completely new suspension design, according to the manufacturer, includes a compact mounting envelope and an easy to mount, adjustable hanger system.

RSS-233 suspensions from Ridewell have a dual draw key kingpin design to extend kingpin life, fully cast axle ends for increased strength and durability and angled control arms for lateral stability, the company adds. Other features of Ridewell’s RSS-233 include a pre-plumbed air tank option, polyurethane pivot bushings, and 1- and 2-in. spacer kit options.
