Loadtrek introduces E2E service and support program

North American Dispatch Systems, manufacturer of the LoadTrek multi-modular, fully integrated Transportation Management System, has announced a new E2E service and support program.

According to Joel Beal, LoadTrek‘s general manager, the new program allows LoadTrek customers to fully maximize the system’s potential for efficiency and savings. E2E stands for End-To-End, 24-7 factory support, which includes technical services, according to Beal.

“During our routine Customer Input Surveys, when we ask about the various modules and their benefits, we found that some customers were not taking full advantage of the system’s capabilities,” said Beal. “The key reasons were time constraints for employee training and annual employee turnover. Thus we have now committed to solving those issues with E2E.”

There are two main categories within the program: Safety & Compliance and TMS. According to LoadTrek, many of the various modules may be fully customized to meet each fleet’s specific criteria. These include maintenance, driver performance, planning and dispatch and productivity measurements such as average MPH per driver. For more information, visit the LoadTrek website.
