Stoneridge offers 24/7 technical support for EZ-ELD

Stoneridge Inc. has launched 24/7 technical support for the Stoneridge EZ-ELD. Through increased service hours and support staff, company product experts are readily available to support drivers and fleet managers with the installation, use and navigation of the EZ-ELD device and accompanying smartphone app, Stoneridge says, adding that the extended hours are being offered in time for the April 1 ELD enforcement deadline.

“We have listened to our customers’ feedback and are constantly seeking ways to improve our products and service to better meet the needs of drivers and managers during the implementation of ELDs,” said Stuart Adams, business unit manager for the N.A. aftermarket with Stoneridge. “Stoneridge is committed to going the extra mile by adding trained staff members to provide 24-hour technical support. And unlike others who may charge a premium for this service, we offer it to all customers at no extra cost. We are committed to our customers and are here to support them—our obligations don’t stop after we’ve sold a device.”
