Betts Truck Parts & Service’s drivetrain product manager Shawn Mahoney is now available for advanced drivetrain product support.
According to the company, Mahoney will be available to support all eight Betts Truck Parts & Service locations in Arizona, California and Oregon. He will also help customers with training in the field and telephone technical support, and provide extensive training to Betts Truck Parts and Service sales and service teams.
“When it comes to drivetrain products, whether transmissions, differentials, clutches or related components, Shawn is our resident expert,” said John Devany, sales manager, Betts Truck Parts & Service. “His valuable experience is available to help our customers succeed in the challenging and competitive environment they face each day. Shawn can help customers diagnose driveline problems regardless of brand.”
In addition to his expertise in drivetrain products, Mahoney has experience with fleet software systems, said Betts Truck Parts. Mahoney held the title of sales manager at both Cetaris and TMW Systems.
