Chevron Lubricants hosted an event at multiple locations across the country with the goal of bringing together regional fleet professionals to demonstrate ways to reduce operating costs and improve vehicle efficiencies.
Some 750 fleet professionals attended these events, which were held from August through October and offered attendees a chance to see and experience the 80-ft. Delo Truck education center, which provides insight into how the Chevron Delo product family helps maximize fuel efficiency, limit repairs, protect engines and gears, and extend the life of machinery. At the free events, held in partnership with Chevron marketers at each location, attendees also interacted with a famous local celebrity who signed autographs.
The Delo truck will visit several premier regional Chevron marketers who distribute premium lubrication and provide services and value in a variety of industries, whether it be trucking, construction, mining, farming or manufacturing.
The events aim to raise awareness of Chevron’s Delo product family, including engine oils, premium lubricants and extended life coolants that provide premium performance and bottom-line value for diesel powered vehicles that may demand extended service protection and drain capabilities, according to the company.
