The Endurant XD series of automated transmissions from Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies is now available in International LT and HX truck models in North America.
Paired with the Cummins X15 engine, the Endurant XD and Endurant XD Pro are available in these trucks as part of the Cummins integrated powertrain.
The Endurant XD series of automated 18-speed transmissions are designed for on-highway use, with high gross combined weight ratings, if your needs require double- or triple-trailer trucks. They can also be configured with other features, including up to six reverse gears.
Eaton says that their automated transmissions operate well in harsh environments or when maneuvering at low speeds, come equipped with software designed to make smarter shifting decisions to help new drivers, and increase efficiency.
