PACCAR Parts recognizes dealers at Peterbilt Dealer Meeting

The annual Peterbilt Dealer Meeting presented the opportunity to recognize excellent performance in the industry.

PACCAR Parts recognized dealers for exceptional parts performance at this month’s Peterbilt Dealer Meeting in Carlsbad, California. Awards were presented to dealers for excellence in parts and TRP performance. These dealers have achieved exceptional growth in parts business, outstanding rates of customer satisfaction, and illustrated expert knowledge and utilization of PACCAR Parts technologies, PACCAR Parts says.

The 2022 Peterbilt Parts Dealer of the Year was awarded to Peterbilt of Atlanta for the second year in a row. This dealer group once again reported excellent purchase, retail and TRP growth, as well as high call center satisfaction and fleet sales expansion, the company says. According to PACCAR executives, Peterbilt of Atlanta has demonstrated excellent eCommerce growth and volume along with an increase in the utilization of PACCAR Parts’ Fleet Service program.

The TRP Dealer of the Year award recognizes a Peterbilt dealer that provided outstanding support for the TRP brand. The 2022 TRP Dealer of the Year was awarded to JX Truck Center – Peterbilt. This dealer reported excellent call center satisfaction rates and strong TRP purchase and retail numbers, the company noted.

In its debut year, the new eCommerce Dealer of the Year award was earned by The Larson Group. As noted by PACCAR, this dealership advanced the PACCAR Parts business by investing in new technologies, such as the Fleet Services program and the eCommerce platform and additionally produced exceptional eCommerce volume and growth as well as significant eCommerce retail.
