Navistar begins production of International TerraStar 4×4

One of the newest additions to Navistar’s line of Class 4 through Class 8 vehicles, the International TerraStar 4×4, is now being shipped to customers and dealers. The truck features a frame rail strength of 80,000 PSI, a commercial-duty Allison Optimized 1000 Series transmission and a Fabco TC-28 gear-driven transfer case.

Mack to begin production of DME-powered vehicles

In 2015, Mack Trucks will begin production of dimethyl ether-powered Mack Pinnacle Axle Back models. DME is a non-toxic, clean-burning fuel that produces no soot, eliminating the need for a diesel particulate filter.

3M launches Paint Defender System
