MacroPoint has been issued a patent covering its tracking technology and freight visibility platform. U.S. Patent No. 9,607,283 B1 for “Machine or Group of Machines for Monitoring Location of a Vehicle or Freight Carried by a Vehicle” was issued to MacroPoint by the Patent and Trademark Office on March 28.
