Blu., an operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling stations and provider of LNG technology solutions, announced details of its partnership with Comdata— a relationship that will allow Comdata to manage card payments at all Blu. LNG fueling stations nationwide.
“This partnership with Comdata helps set Blu. apart within the LNG fueling industry,” said Merritt Norton chief executive officer at Blu. “By accepting all major credit cards, as well as fleet cards, our fueling stations are able to match that aspect of the diesel fueling experience, increasing convenience and efficiency for our customers.”
In addition to accepting payments, the new Comdata SmartSight systems will provide real-time data and automatic email notifications to enable Blu. technicians to remotely monitor and manage fueling sites. Blu. has also made fueling more convenient for trucking fleets by including dispensers that allow pumping of LNG, diesel and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) on the same lane.
