Hino Trucks, Denso Corp. close diesel aftertreatment supply deal

Denso Corp. has entered into an agreement with Hino Trucks to supply various makes and models diesel aftertreatment products, including DPFs and components, to their dealer organization. The Denso program will be offered to all Hino dealerships across the country. Denso and its partner Dinex will supply DPFs, bellows, clamps, gaskets, mufflers and many other necessary components for various makes and models, all produced and shipped from the Dinex manufacturing facility in Georgia.

“Denso and Hino brands are a terrific, strategic fit. We are excited for the new opportunities we both have in this growing market. Diesel aftertreatment is projected to be the second largest aftermarket segment by 2020. The growth is driven by new emission regulations,” explained Frank Jenkins, senior manager of Denso’s heavy-duty group.

“We are excited to release Dinex emission system parts to the Hino Trucks dealers as a new all-makes and models parts offering. We understand the wide range of customers our dealers support. This program provides many money saving options for end customers and dealers alike,” said Chris Russell, manager of parts product development and aftermarket sales for Hino Trucks.
