Daimler Trucks Financial has introduced the Dynamic Lease program, which enables pay-as-you-drive financing to match lease payments to billable miles.
The program will be available in early 2020, debuting on the Freightliner Cascadia.
This telematics-based financing option is powered by the embedded Detroit Connect Platform and debuts on the Freightliner Cascadia spec’d with Detroit engines. The Dynamic Lease will be released in late Q1 2020, and will empower customers to better manage cash flow, according to the OEM.
“It is a precedent-setting, customer-focused solution that uses the telematics of Detroit Connect to give our customers the power to personalize their financing,” said Roger Nielsen, president of Daimler Trucks North America. “It is the future of truck financing.”
