Doran Manufacturing will feature the Doran 360 tire monitoring system in several industry shows including TCA, TCM and the Mid-America Truck Show. The company tells us that Doran 360 uses external valve stem mounted sensors to pass tire pressure and temperature data to the in-cab displays, providing drivers with real-time information and alerts.

Doran says its Green Means Good indicator allows drivers to quickly identify if there’s an issue with a tire, helping drivers avoid roadside tire replacements. Doran 360 also includes both audio and visual alerts for low inflation pressure, rapid deflation and high tire temperatures, and is capable of sending real-time tire alerts to fleet managers and equipment maintenance teams, as well. The company says continually reporting tire pressures and temperatures allows fleets to lower downtime and maximize performance, but also schedule repairs to reduce maintenance costs, extend tread life, protect casings and minimize catastrophic tire failures.
