Classic Tube offers bulk coil tubing designed to allow fleets to create their own brake lines, fuel lines, transmission lines, vacuum lines, power steering lines or any plumbing application.
Available in stainless steel (25-ft. coils) or original equipment steel (20-ft. coils), fleets can purchase coils alone or with fittings as a kit. Fittings are available in color-coded original steel or stainless steel and can be purchased separately. Fleets also can order tools and accessories, such as bending tools and Gravel Guard (spring wrap).
Classic Tube’s Stainless Steel tubing is 304-grade, double annealed for easy flaring and bending, the company said. Stainless steel is impervious to salt and other metal-destroying elements.
The OE Steel is an annealed cold-rolled (CR) low-carbon, continuously welded tube. The OE steel tubing is protected from the elements with a two part system – Galfan galvanizing and a top-coat of an aluminum rich epoxy. This high-level protection provides a 4000-hour salt spray rating, the company said. All of the company’s steel tubing coils conform to SAE J526 specifications for single wall, single weld or SAE J527 for double wall, double weld. Fittings are machined to SAE J512 specifications. All lines are pressure tested and checked for safety, the company said.
Classic Tube is a manufacturer of Prebent tubing for hydraulic applications for cars, trucks, vans, delivery trucks, construction vehicles and school buses, using OEM specs or patterns.
