Navistar recognizes top suppliers with 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards

The 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards have been designed to recognize suppliers in two major categories: performance and leadership.

Today, Navistar announced its 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards recognizing top-performing suppliers across a variety of industries. The 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards have been designed to recognize suppliers in two major categories: performance and leadership.

The Performance Awards honor four recipients for their excellence in quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement, according to the company’s press release. Suppliers are measured through performance scorecards, and award recipients are ranked from platinum to bronze.

The Leadership Awards, meanwhile, recognize suppliers who have gone above and beyond in specific categories of quality, customer service, general procurement, and logistics, the company said.

“Even as the supply chain constraints continue, many Navistar suppliers have gone above and beyond to ensure they are exceeding Navistar’s expectations,” said Peter Friberg, chief procurement officer. “We are proud to recognize these suppliers and their achievements, as we continue on our journey to accelerate the impact of sustainable mobility.”

Here are this year’s award recipients:

Performance Awards:

  • Silver – DBG Mexico
  • Bronze – Inteva

Leadership Awards: 

  • Quality – KUS
