Rotary Lift aims to increase productivity

Rotary Lift introduced a new line of heavy-duty four-post lifts to meet the needs of budget-conscious customers who want to improve shop productivity, the company said. The line includes three models, 40000HDL, 50000HDL and 60000HDL, which are capable of lifting 40,000 lbs., 50,000 lbs. and 60,000 lbs., respectively.

“Using vehicle lifts for vehicle repair and maintenance generally increases shop productivity by 25 percent,” said Scott Bair, Rotary heavy-duty product manager. “Our new line of four-post lifts offers independent repair shops, small fleets, school bus garages and other facilities on tight budgets an affordable and easy-to-use option for taking advantage of these productivity improvements.”

The line of lifts can be used to service a wide range of vehicles, including commercial trucks through Class 8, recreational vehicles and buses. Vehicles are properly set up on the lifts quickly — simply drive on and then raise the vehicle to start routine maintenance and service activities, the company said. Optional rolling jacks provide greater access to brakes, suspension systems and wheels. They also make it possible to use the lifts to do alignments.

The lifts feature safety latches in each leg and non-skid runways for easier drive-on and protection for technicians standing on the lift, the company said. Front wheel stops can be replaced with optional drive-through ramps. Other options include an internal air line kit, turning radius gauges, a power unit cover, mobile oil drain pans, single- and three-phase motors and custom paint colors. Alignment models are also available with turntable cutouts for two-wheel alignment. The lifts are durable and requiree little or no maintenance, the company said.

For light- and medium-duty truck applications, Rotary also offers four-post lifts with capacities of 12,000 lbs., 18,000 lbs. and 30,000 lbs. All of the Rotary Lift four-post lifts designed for commercial truck and transit applications are detailed in a new eight-page, four-color brochure.
