Vigillo LLC, creators of Athena, a big data platform, announced that it has partnered with U.S. Legal Services Inc. to add a new premium data channel to Athena. The new data channel will allow carriers to see judicial outcomes of driver citations.
This Athena data channel will show when adjudicated CSA violations will be removed from the driver’s and carrier’s CSA score.
“Much like the inspection disparity that exists between states, various courts handle citations and violations differently,” said Steve Bryan, chief executive officer of Vigillo. “Athena’s new U.S. Legal Services channel has data that can help a carrier know how each court is resolving driver citations related to CSA and their MVR.”
The U.S. Legal Services channel is now available to all Athena subscribers for a nominal premium channel fee. Its dashboards reveal the disposition of driver citations by state, county, violation type, CSA/MVR, fine reduction and time to disposition. Also included is a dashboard revealing where others have been successful with DataQ’s challenges by violation type and location.
