Peterbilt names North American dealer of the year

Peterbilt Motors Co. named Jackson Group Peterbilt – Salt Lake City its 2013 North American Dealer of the Year for its high levels of customer satisfaction and exceptional growth in heavy- and medium-duty truck sales, financing, leasing and parts sales. The dealership’s outstanding performance is even more impressive, the company said, as it moved into a brand new facility, one of the largest truck dealerships in North America.

Dealer Principal Blake Jackson recently accepted the award during the annual Peterbilt Dealer Meeting held in Fort Worth, near Peterbilt’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas.

In addition to the North American Dealer of the Year, Peterbilt also recognizes top-performing dealerships with Best in Class awards. The Best in Class Awards are based on a combination of Peterbilt’s Standard of Excellence scores, financial performance, parts and service performance, and utilization of PACCAR training and programs.

Receiving Best in Class Awards were:

  • Hunter Peterbilt – Smithfield (Jeffrey and Dave Hunter)
  • Jackson Group Peterbilt – Idaho Falls (Dealer Principal Blake Jackson)
  • Peterbilt Pacific – Prince George (Dealer Principals Don and Terry Pasiuk)
  • Peterbilt Pacific – Abbotsford (Dealer Principals Don and Terry Pasiuk)
  • The Peterbilt Store – Baltimore (Dealer Principals John, Jeff and Greg Arscott)
  • Stahl Peterbilt – Edmonton (Dealer Principal Eddy Stahl)
