Thermo King recognizes top dealers

Thermo King, a manufacturer of transport temperature control solutions for a variety of mobile applications and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, honored dealers from the United States and Canada for significant achievements in 2014 at its annual dealer conference last month.

The highest honor, the North America Dealer of the Year award, went to Thermo King of the Southeast (TKSE), a fast-growing dealership family with six locations throughout Florida and Georgia. TKSE also won the Eastern Region Dealer of the Year award.

“Over the past nine years, TKSE has experienced tremendous growth,” said Martin Duffy, vice president and general manager for North America at Thermo King. “The dealership family has made improvement investments in almost every facility, nearly tripled its employee base and enhanced its customer service.”

Other dealership award winners include:

  • Bus Dealer of the Year: Triad Thermo King of Greensboro, N.C.
  • Western Region Dealer of the Year: Thermo King of Salinas, Calif.
  • Central Region Dealer of the Year: Thermo King of Indiana, New Haven, Ind.

According to Thermo King, all 2014 Dealer Award winners were selected for excellence and leadership in all aspects of performance, while also providing a superior customer experience. This includes customer training programs, understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions.
