Wabash National renews agreement with Maxion Wheels

Maxion Wheels has been chosen again by trailer manufacturer Wabash National Corp. as the standard position steel wheel supplier for its full line of high-performance commercial trailer products, including dry and refrigerated van trailers, platform trailers and tank trailers. This is the third consecutive long-term agreement between Wabash and Maxion.

Maxion Wheels has earned its position as our preferred steel wheel supplier largely due to its commitment to manufacturing quality, delivery, service and competitiveness,” said Nick Adler, vice president of global strategic sourcing for Wabash National. “This new agreement not only recognizes the value we place in Maxion Wheels’ product innovation, including its new five-year powder coating finish warranty against corrosion, but also in the trust we have that Maxion will continue to provide us and our fleet customers with the exceptional service that has earned them outstanding supplier awards for five consecutive years, including our top-tier Pinnacle Supplier Award.”

“Maxion Wheels and our global team of 10,000 employees are honored by Wabash National’s confidence in our product technology and customer service,” said Pieter Klinkers, chief executive officer of Maxion Wheels. “We greatly value the trust they have bestowed in us for the last six years, and are committed to keeping that trust every day.”
