Foley, a provider of compliance solutions for the transportation industry, has partnered with KeepTruckin, a Google Ventures-backed provider of electronic logging devices (ELDs). The partnership comes in advance of the ELD mandate which will go into effect next year.

Through this partnership, both Foley and KeepTruckin are able to provide their customers with a more comprehensive and affordable hours of service and IFTA solution than would be possible independently, the companies said. One of these solutions is full IFTA data collection and management, a service that combines the technological capabilities of the KeepTruckin ELD with the compliance support of Foley.

According to Foley, it spent almost a year vetting ELD providers to find the best solution for their customers. The company landed on KeepTruckin because, according to Foley Chief Executive Officer Joel Sitak, “they are currently the only FMCSA-certified ELD vendor with a product available for purchase. And with more positive reviews than any other hours of service app in the Google Play and Apple Store, it’s clear the technology is resonating well with users.”
