Dossier Systems announced that Rick Longobart will deliver the keynote address at the 2018 Dossier Summit, taking place April 17-19 in Philadelphia. Longobart is the western regional sales manager for EJ Ward. He has more than thirty years in fleet management and a long standing advocate in the green movement, and is known for his quest for safer and greener fleets, facilities and communities.

Longobart will speak about utilizing leadership skills to streamline operations and build a strong team, resulting in improved morale and increased productivity, and boosting employee retention. He will emphasize that creating such an environment does not cost a lot of money, but stems from learning people skills and using those skills in innovative ways.
