Stemco has hired Deepak Navnith as the new president of the company.

With this hiring, the previous president, Eric Vaillancourt, has been promoted to an executive operating role at EnPro Industries. Navnith previously led Fairbanks Morse, a medium-speed diesel engine OEM company. Prior to that, he spent about 10 years at Toyota in various operational roles of increasing responsibility in the U.S., India and Japan before moving to McKinsey, a management consulting firm focusing on operations and strategy consulting.
