For the third consecutive year, Fullbay has launched a survey for its report on the State of Heavy-Duty Repair. This anonymous survey asks industry professionals to share their experiences with heavy-duty repair shops over the past year. The survey results will allow Fullbay to deliver a comprehensive report of definitive benchmarks that will provide transparency of the current state of the industry to shop owners, fleet managers and key stakeholders, the company says.

With the intent of elevating the industry, by sharing knowledge, best practices to overcoming common challenges, and more, Fullbay wants to hear from shop owners on several topics including part shortages, industry trends, finances, and more. Fullbay will combine real-world shop data with the survey results, with the hope of bringing improvements and recognition to the industry. The report published from the survey results is the only report focused exclusively on the commercial diesel industry and will be available free to download in early 2023.
