Mitchell 1 awards TMCSuperTech 2022 Grand Champion a TruckSeries subscription

Mitchell 1 has awarded the TMCSuperTech 2022 Grand Champion, Phillip Pinter, a Michigan-based FedEx technician, a one-year subscription to TruckSeries software. Pinter claimed the title during the American Trucking Association’s Technology and Maintenance Council’s National Technicians Skills Competitions, held last week in Cleveland, Ohio. As the top finisher, he will have access to all of the company’s online maintenance and repair information for Class 4-8 trucks.

Mitchell 1 has been a sponsor of the TMCSuperTech national competitions since their inception 17 years ago and annually gives an award to the Grand Champion to recognize the hard work necessary to earn this achievement.

In addition to being a sponsor at TMCSuperTech, Mitchell 1 also administers the Service Information skills station at the event. The Mitchell 1 staffers leveraged TruckSeries to test competitors on their ability to use computers and web-based programs to diagnose and fix vehicles properly. This year’s winner of the Service Information station competition was Michael Krause from Clarke Power Services, Inc.  Mitchell 1 also supports and participates in many state technician skills competitions.
