Bell Works Chicagoland announced it has signed a long-term office lease with VIPAR which will bring its team of 35 employees from Crystal Lake, Illinois, to Hoffman Estates, with the Metroburb location serving as its new global headquarters for Vipar.
According to the recent press release, the company will occupy 10,074 square feet across the ground-level floor of the building. The build out of Vipar’s office space will commence this month and is expected to be completed in August.
