West End Radiators has officially acquired the assets of another radiator shop in Western Canada, Saskatoon Radiator Sales and Service Ltd. The previous team of three employees have been retained and are adopting new practices and techniques for improved service to Saskatoon customers, West End said. According to the company, this acquisition is the sixth for West End Radiators. Over the last 20 years, it has purchased a number of its competitors in the Manitoba market, including Chevrier Radiator (2004), Garry Radiator (2009) and Rad Cores of Manitoba (2009), which made West End Radiators the province’s only manufacturer of copper/brass radiator cores. The acquisition of Saskatoon Radiator Sales is the second shop West End Radiators has opened in the Saskatchewan market alongside West End Rad Estevan, which opened in 2020.
