Coca-Cola Christmas truck tours Austria

An all-electric Mercedes-Benz eActros 300 accompanies the Coca-Cola Santa truck this year.

The festive Coca-Cola Christmas truck is on the road again this year, touring all Austrian federal states from mid-November until shortly before Christmas.

This year on the tour is the usual Coca-Cola Santa’s Freightliner truck, as well as a new accompanying truck, which transports elements from the Christmas village: An all-electric Mercedes-Benz eActros 300 with three battery packs and a range of up to 330 kilometers.

This year, the company says it is placing a special focus on resource efficiency and sustainability at its roadshow.

“We want to bring emotional moments to people all over Austria, while keeping a close eye on our sustainability goals,” emphasizes Philipp Bodzenta, company spokesman for Coca-Cola Austria.
