Noregon appoints new president, COO

Darren Mangus will take the role immediately.

Noregon announced the promotion of Darren Mangus to president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. He will report to Noregon CEO Bill Hathaway. In this new role, Mangus will oversee marketing, product management, engineering, IT, operations, accounting, human resources and sales.

In Mangus’s previous role as chief human resources officer and SVP of operations, he oversaw the company’s day-to-day operations, plus HR functions including leadership training, recruiting, associate relations, payroll and benefits.

Mangus has nearly 30 years of experience as an operations and human resources executive. Before joining Noregon, Mangus was senior vice president of HR at MAC Facility Services.

“I am honored to announce Darren Mangus as our new president and COO,” said Hathaway. “Darren has been an integral part of the Noregon team for the past two years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and expertise.”
