Carrier Transicold enhances web access

Carrier Transicold has upgraded its North American website with a new appearance, faster navigation and an expanded focus on the customer. The site now contains more product information, a dealer locator, redesigned installation instructions and information on the company's aftermarket support programs, and more.

Online information about Carrier Transicold’s North American refrigerated truck, trailer and rail products has been upgraded with a new appearance, faster navigation and an expanded focus on the customer, the company said.

The improved website contains more product information, including quick links on the home page to Carrier Transicold solutions and functions such as a dealer locator. Other pages with installation instructions and information on the company’s aftermarket support programs have been redesigned for more efficient access to information, according to Carrier Transicold.

“The website improvements were based on feedback from customers, who told us they wanted quicker access to important information,” said David Kiefer, director of marketing and product management, Carrier Transicold. “Not only is the website more customer friendly, but it also showcases our customers – both their applications and equipment – through an entirely new ‘Customer Connection’ section.”

The Customer Connection section of the new website also includes Customer Success Stories, case studies that can be viewed and downloaded. Current and back issues of Carrier’s “eFlash” newsletters also can be found in the section. Customers can submit digital photos of their equipment by emailing them to [email protected].
