Cooltrax has released a new Cooltrax TempTracker temperature management solution for refrigerated trucks, trailers and other cold-chain assets.
The company says that this kit makes it easier to achieve and maintain FSMA compliance and meet customer audit requirements. It includes a 4G wireless gateway and long-range Bluetooth technology.
The Bluetooth-enabled sensors, which offer a 10-year battery life, connect through a wireless 4G gateway connection. These wireless sensors monitor return air temperatures in trailer zones, compartments or cold chain asset configuration, Cooltrax notes. Transmitting data every 15 minutes to the application-configured, cloud-based Cooltrax Temp Tracker web portal, the sensors provide data for automated reporting and failure notifications if temperatures fall out of acceptable ranges. Data can also be accessed through the Cooltrax TempTracker web portal.
