Coxreels has added Nitro-Pro Series hose reels to its latest catalog. According to the company, Nitro-Pro hose reels are the only nitrogen hose reel specifically engineered, tested and approved for use with nitrogen tire inflation systems.
Easily recognizable with a special Nitrogen green proprietary CPC powder coat finish, Coxreels offers Nitro-Pro with a standard spring retraction option or equipped with EZ-Coil patented safety rewind system that retracts up to 80% slower than conventional reels for greater operator safety, the company said.
These all-steel professional grade reels feature space-saving size and heavy-duty construction for flexible installation, maximum stability and long-lasting performance, the maker added. The reels have an external fluid path with full-flow machined from solid brass swivel for simple Nitrile seals maintenance and fast and easy nitrogen hose line installation. The reel holds a capacity of 50 ft. of 3/8-in. nitrogen hose ID, has standard NPT fittings and includes a versatile guide arm for wall, vehicle or ceiling mount alternatives, Coxreels said.
