Cummins releases Connected Diagnostics mobile app

Cummins releases Connected Diagnostics mobile app

Cummins has announced the release of its Connected Diagnostics mobile app, which delivers the information from Connected Diagnostics to a customer’s mobile phone. The mobile app operates with both Apple and Android operating systems, and is available to registered commercial users of Connected Diagnostics.

The Connected Diagnostics mobile app complements Cummins popular fault monitoring application by providing features such as a status page listing the customer’s connected equipment, and is organized by the engine system’s current fault code status. A count reference displayed on each status tab provides current information on overall fleet health at a glance.

Intuitive navigation readily displays the complete Connected Diagnostics fault notification report, including a derate notification banner, prioritized fault codes and the suggested root cause of the fault. Hyperlinks are provided to the nearest Cummins service location and Cummins Care contact information in order to enable convenient and rapid connection to certified Cummins engine support. Search capability and equipment activity status based upon telematics connectivity are also available.
