FMCSA hosts second Truck Leasing Task Force Meeting

The FMCSA will hold the second meeting of the Truck Leasing Task Force (TLTF) at 10:00 am on Oct. 17

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will hold the second meeting of the Truck Leasing Task Force (TLTF) at 10:00 am on Oct. 17, according to a new press release. This virtual meeting is open to the public, and pre-registration is required. Register and view the meeting agenda on their website.

Chartered by the Secretary of Transportation in 2022, the TLTF is charged with examining the terms, conditions, and equitability of common truck leasing arrangements, particularly as they impact owner-operators and trucking businesses subject to such agreements, according to the organization.
