Two students from Northwood University have been granted scholarships by HDA Truck Pride. Sophomore Ayden Fuller from Muskegon, Michigan, and freshman Connor Klein from Saginaw, Michigan, are the latest recipients. Both are pursuing degrees in automotive marketing and management.
The scholarships are part of an endowment fund established in 2005 in memory of industry leaders Pete Bley and Jim Burke Sr. The fund was initiated by distributors, suppliers and industry colleagues to honor Bley and Burke’s industry contributions and to provide educational opportunities for aspiring aftermarket professionals, Northwood said.
“Education is one of our core pillars at HDA Truck Pride and creating paths for the next generation to enter our incredible industry,” said Tina Hubbard, CEO of HDA Truck Pride. “We are proud to continue this tradition of providing scholarship support for individuals desiring to further their education in the automotive aftermarket.”
