Mitchell 1 releases next-gen ProDemand software

The company said the ProDemand program is designed to change the way that automotive technicians service vehicles; it provides accurate repair information to help them complete their jobs faster, easier and smarter.

Mitchell 1 said its next generation of repair information software, ProDemand, is a revolutionary new software program that will change the way that automotive technicians service vehicles as it provides accurate repair information to help them complete their jobs faster, easier and smarter.

“ProDemand presents information from service repair manuals in a concise manner, providing all of the descriptions, procedures, specifications and diagrams that technicians need to complete the job,” said Gary Hixson, product manager for Mitchell 1. “Returning all of the relevant findings quickly saves technicians time because they don’t have to conduct multiple look-ups to find what they need.”

ProDemand presents repair, diagnostic and maintenance information in a consistent, easy-to-understand format. Technicians can find everything they need in just one look-up, saving time and getting cars out of the bays faster, according to the company. The program also offers easy navigation from repair procedures to TSBs, specifications and wiring diagrams, as well as a cross reference tool covering thousands of component names.
