ReMack, the remanufacturing arm of Mack Trucks, Inc., has taken to the open road to demonstrate to customers the benefits of buying ReMack remanufactured parts for their Mack trucks.
The ReMack Mobile Training Center, a 35-ft. recreational vehicle converted into a high-tech learning environment, provides effective onsite ReMack parts training to both dealers and customers. It’s outfitted with multiple product displays as well as a 38-in. flat-screen television, LCD projector and viewing screen, and two DVD players, the company said.
“ReMack has more than 30 years of high-quality remanufacturing experience, along with the strongest warranty in the business,” said Jeff Irr, Mack remanufacturing marketing development manager. “We offer remanufactured Mack components including engines, carriers and transmissions, as well as a variety of engine components and accessories. All of our components are remanufactured to original Mack specifications and are supported by Mack dealers across North America. ReMack components are a reliable and cost-effective replacement part option for our customers. And this mobile training center allows us to deliver information about our industry-leading products at the doorstep of our dealers and customers.”
The Mobile Training Center is currently touring the U.S. and Canada, and is available for dealer open houses and regional training events.
