Samsara releases fuel efficiency benchmarks report

Samsara has released its Fuel Efficiency Benchmarks Report to help fleets evaluate how their vehicles are performing across key efficiency metrics. With the data from this report, fleets can start making meaningful changes to their fuel and fleet decisions, the company says.

With this report, Samsara says customers can set and track fuel efficiency goals by comparing vehicle fuel usage to anonymized benchmark data aggregated from Samsara’s base of 20,000+ customers. The report also offers and opportunity to reduce fuel costs by understanding the average MPG for each vehicle’s make, model, and year (MMY) to identify which are running inefficiently and should be replaced.

The Fuel Efficiency Benchmarks Report is available now. Samsara customers can access the Fuel Efficiency Benchmarks Report in their Samsara dashboard.
