TMW partners with Greenshades Software, announces new integration

TMW announced the integration of its TruckMate solution with Greenshades’ tax filing software. The companies say that the integrated solution will enable TMW TruckMate customers to simplify the way they file taxes and ensure that customers can electronically file taxes according to mandates for U.S Federal and state levels as well as Canadian Federal and Provincial level.

Through the integration with Greenshades, TMW TruckMate’s payroll module customers can easily create electronic tax returns for submission to the receiving agencies while ensuring the correct format and with the proper specifications, the company says, helps save time and money while, at the same time, limiting mistakes caused by human error.

“This integration will close a significant gap for our customers while filing taxes,” said Ray West, senior vice president and general manager of TMS solutions at TMW. “Previously, customers would be able to create reports from the TruckMate TMS, but would then have to file them by hand. Now, because Greenshades is accredited at the federal, state and provincial levels to truly electronically file forms, it significantly reduces the amount of time customers spend on administrative work.”
