Electronic Funds Source LLC (EFS), working closely with CAT Scale, launched its card acceptance as a form of payment for drivers using CAT Scale’s new Weigh My Truck mobile app. The new mobile app allows drivers to automate the weigh station process and never leave the truck when they link their EFS Card to CAT Scale’s new Weigh My Truck app, according to the company. The mobile app, linked to the EFS Card, can be used to weigh and pay at any of CAT Scale’s 1,550 locations nationwide.

Drivers can create their account at www.weighmytruck.com, select their EFS Card as a form of payment, complete the simple registration process and download the mobile app to their smartphone device. When a driver then goes to weigh at any CAT Scale location, the mobile app uses the GPS location of the mobile device to initiate the point-of-sale allowing the driver to weigh. The mobile app then prompts the driver for authentication verification and authorizes the transaction on the driver’s registered EFS Card. The Weigh My Truck mobile app is available free for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
